The local oceanfront bike path here is flat and runs for over 27 miles up to Malibu! Our Complimentary Beach Cruiser Bicycles are available for up to one hour and are for all guests staying at the hotel, based upon availability. Bicycle rentals are available from 8AM to 5PM each day. Complimentary bike locks, baskets, and helmets are also offered based on availability. Guests will be asked to sign a waiver before checking out a bicycle. Happy trails! 27-Mile Coastal Trail
The flat oceanfront bike path outside our door runs for over 27 miles. We recommend taking the path from our front door to Santa Monica. Order up a delicious family picnic or a romantic couples’ boxed lunch from BALEENkitchen and make a day of it!

On the 3rd Saturday of each month, the Redondo Beach Association provides complimentary yoga on the beach. Join the relaxation and meet where the International Boardwalk meets the Redondo Beach Pier (octagon below Kincaid’s) from 10:00am – 12:00pm.

Watch the Grunion Run
Grunion are small, silvery fish that flop onto Southern California beaches each year during spawning. South Bay visitors can see one of their main landing spots near 33rd Street in Hermosa Beach. Peak season is late March through early June and occurs at shortly after a midnight high tide when the moon is full.
Seaside Lagoon Trail
