1st Seating: 5:30 to 7pm
$55 per person / $70 with a three-course wine pairing
First seating will offer a three-course menu with decadent choices such as Colorado Lamb Chops & Roasted Duck. Additionally, there will be a Vegetarian option a champagne toast at midnight for all BALEENkitchen guests. Complimentary Valet parking.
*Guests of the 1st seating do not hold seating until midnight.
2nd Seating: 8:30 to 10pm
$90 per person / $115 with five-course wine pairing
Second-seating guests will indulge in additional taste of our five-course menu with choices such as Caviar, Beef Tartar, Seared Scallops & Filet of Beef. Additionally, there will be a Vegetarian option a champagne toast at midnight for all BALEENkitchen guests. Complimentary Valet parking.
*Guests of the 2nd seating hold seating until closing.

The Lounge will open from 3pm to 2am with a midnight countdown and a champagne toast for all BALEENkitchen guests.
