The Portofino invites guests to enjoy this delightful buffet feast with two seatings available at either 10:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. The Easter Sunday brunch is priced at $45 for adults, $22 for children six through 15 and free for children under five years old. Families and couples leave the cooking to the creative culinary staff at the hotel and relish an array of delectable tastes from an assorted juice and smoothie station, traditional breakfast station, salad station, carving Station with prime rib, roast turkey, honey glazed bone-in ham; and a Mashed Potato Martini station. The latter is served in a martini glass with choice of more than 10 different toppings, including Crème Fraiche, chopped chives, Cajun rock shrimp, crispy pancetta, grilled rib eye, and sweet corn succotash.
Guests savor a sumptuous selection of delicious main courses, such as snow crab legs and shrimp, served with cocktail sauce and lemon; grilled chicken piccata; five-spice crusted salmon; tri-color wild mushroom ravioli, with spinach cream sauce; and chef’s choice of fresh seasonal vegetables.
Culminating this delicious repast is the dessert station, with chocolate-dipped strawberries, homemade cookies, and an assortment of decadent cakes and mini desserts.
As part of the festivities, children of all ages will be treated to a chocolate Easter egg filled with candy. For those families who wish to turn their visit into a getaway, a special “Spring Sail” rate of $169 per night, based on space availability, applies now through April 2008. Parking is complimentary.
